UI Dark Patterns and Where to Find Them: A Study on Mobile Applications and User Perception, CHI2020 [1].
My name is Linda Di Geronimo. Since December 2019, I am the Technical Cooperation Manager at the Zurich Research Center of Huawei. Prior to that, I was a Postod at University of Zurich and a researcher and teaching assistant at ETH Zürich. I come from Battipaglia, a small town in the south of Italy and I graduated in Computer Science at Universita' degli studi di Salerno in October 2013. My main interests are Software Engineering, Web Engineering and HCI topics.
i) The first code I ever wrote was in HTML and JavaScript for my MSN blog.
ii) I designed and carried out (too) many user studies, however, I still do not hate people.
iii) I ran 10 km per day, every day for six months just to see if I could do it. Spoiler alert: I could.
